My story

　　Your ride or die guy!Hi, pals! My name is Octane. My name might make me sound like a macho man, but I’m a total softie with a heart of gold. I’m a 3-year-old, 16-pound, (adorable) Beagle mix. I’m already neutered and I’m a healthy little dude! It seems like I had a hip injury from my ruffer days back in Tijuana, but otherwise, I’m cruisin’. I hope I can be your co-pilot!I’m a super friendly fella who wouldn’t hurt a fly. I love all people, kids too! I wag my tail at all dogs but prefer playing with more mellow mutts (like me!). I haven’t met any cats up close and pawsonal, but I don’t react to them when I’m out on walks. I’m a pretty even-keel guy who gets some bursts of energy! I like to go from zero to sixty and zoom around the house. Then, I’ll find a nice sunbeam to take a nap in. Although I like playing with other dogs, I also enjoy tossing around my toys and keeping myself entertained.Playing around is great, but what I adore most of all is my people. I love sitting in your lap while you work or snuggling up with you on the couch. I love belly rubs, hugs, and any type of affection. I’m a total cuddle bug!I’m a well-behaved boy who doesn’t have accidents in the house. I never bark (unless it’s a serious case of the zoomies)! I do well on the leash and enjoy plenty of walks. Due to my previous hip injury, I don’t like to go incredibly far, so I don’t think hiking is in my future. Although I definitely wouldn’t mind being carried!! Once we’re both tuckered out, I sleep through the night in my crate. I get a little sad when you leave, but will settle down shortly. I’m a big fan of my meals, peanut butter, and just being a good boy!My ideal furever home is one where I can fill up on love! I’d do well with other dogs, preferably another passive pooch. I wouldn’t be happy being home alone all day, so the more hoomans around, the better! So what do you say? Hit the road with this sweetie today!
