NOME's story

　　Nome came to the shelter as a stray so not much is known about her. She is very shy and timid, but allows herself to be handled and will give you a kiss to show she trusts you! Nome came to the shelter with her friend Cass in D13; when Nome and Cass are reunited outside, Nome will jump and spin and bounce above the ground greeting him! While they do not have to be adopted together, they would likely do well as a pair or with a new puppy playmate- mutual visits with any existing dogs in the home are encouraged! Nome will need some help with confidence building in her new home so that she can learn that new people and new situations are fun and exciting. She will need to be on a leash or otherwise effectively contained so that she doesn''t get spooked and run off. Nome is a sweet young girl who would love to join your home!
