If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.2006 Mandalay by Four Winds model 40E, approx 41FT with 4 slides, 400hp ISL 8.9 liter Cummins diesel with the Alison 6speed Auto Trans.We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:Text .The engine runs good.The transmission shifts good.The engine or dash AC seems to work.This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.There are 2 roof top AC units that function. The water system should work, it was winterized at the RV auction.  It has 2014 date code tires or approx 10 years old and need to be replaced in the near future.The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The fridge works.The LP system, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.The hydraulic jacks work. The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 18 years old.The Onan diesel generator will run.There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.We do not normally check the TVs, radio or the electronics.We did NOT check anything else.This motorhome is a little rusty underneath. It is not too bad but a little. There are several photos that you can see some rust around the storage bays etc.If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 18 years old and used.
