My story

　　Nipsy is an adorable, medium size, young mixed breed dog who came here from a shelter in the South to find a new life in Delaware.

　　Nipsy was previously adopted and was a great dog in his home, but his distraught owner had to surrender him due to personal reasons. He sits in his kennel, quiet and alert, looking at everyone who passes, thinking, “Is this my person?” When he goes out in the play yard, he becomes an active, playful boy who likes other dogs. Being young and full of energy, he’ll need a person with the patience to teach him good manners and the time to give him plenty of walks and playtime.

　　As with all our dogs, Nipsy has been neutered, microchipped and has received heart worm testing, flea/ tick preventative and

　　all his vaccinations. In addition, all dogs receive monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative, so they are always ready to move right out of the shelter and into your home and heart. Nipsy is eagerly looking forward to a new life, in a new state, in a new decade. Please stop into our shelter soon and make Nipsy’s fondest dreams come true!
