Nikki's story

　　Meet Nikki, a 15-year-old Shih Tzu mix who weighs about 10lbs. Nikki is an easy-going senior gal who loves to hang out around the house with her person. At 15-years-old Nikki still has plenty of spunk! She enjoys going on walks and car rides and is eager to please.

　　Nikki spent time in a foster home and her foster mom says "Nikki is a joy! She is well-mannered and friendly. She is a great companion who seems to enjoy just being with people. She tends to quietly follow me around the house and find a comfortable spot in whatever room I settle down. Nikki also has excellent leash manners."

　　Nikki does not have a history with previously living with dogs, but seems to like other calm-mannered dogs she meets.

　　She does not have a history with cats.

　　Due to her age, Nikki would do best in a calmer home without children, however she did enjoy visiting with dog-savvy children while in foster care.
