Nick's story
Nick is a very sweet puppy who loves people. He has a birth defect called hydrocephalus, which is fluid in his brain causing pressure to build up in his head and feel like a migraine. As a side effect, he has also developed nystagmus, which causes involuntary eye movement. He will need corrective surgery, but it will have to wait until he is a bit bigger, probably around six months. He is available for foster to adopt to the right home. He will remain in GHHS's care but live with his foster family, where his health condition will need to be monitored until he is able to have surgery, which GHHS will pay for, and then he will be able to be officially adopted to the foster family. Despite his medical conditions, he still loves life and loves to play! He has been spoiled by the staff already, and he is good with kids and other animals.
