　　Niblet was dumped near an animal shelter. Luckily, workers and volunteers caught him. His fur was so matted that it caused sores all over his skin. Two + full gallon sized bags were cut off of him. He also had large cuts and sores on his feet. He is now healed and neutered. Niblet is a pretty calm boy. He is tough and has been able to heal from his past quickly. He will need a family that will keep up with his hairdo.
