This volume includes a slipcase which is not often seen. Paper covered boards are illustrated to make the book appear to be leather has white lettering to spine of book. Bottom spine end of book cover has some light, but noticeable bumping and rubbing. Multicolored text pages are in very good, clean condition. Pages alternate between text pages describing the plates and the full color plates themselves. The slipcase is complete and in generally very good condition with just a few nicks and spots to edges. This book was commissioned by the owner's of the Harold's club of Reno to commemorate the hundredth birthday of the state. They commissioned artists to paint pictures based on some of Nevada's history which then were compiled in this portfolio. The artists include: Neil Boyle, Don Dubois, Nixon Galloway, Bob Poole, Ren Wicks, and, Charles M. Wysocki. Overall, a nice bright copy.
