He was initially an owner surrender because of his puppy antics...yes, they got a puppy and then didn't know how to deal with him when he started growing so large. Thankfully, Ned is safe and happy and on his way to becoming a perfect family dog. He is already good with other dogs, good with cats and he's even good with kids! This boy is the trifecta and will fit into just about any home. Ned has a super sweet temperament and he loves people, always ready for scratches, loving or play time. Now that Ned is in a foster home he is getting a crash course on any indoor living skills he may need to work on and in no time at all this boy will be ready for his forever....is your couch where he will be crashing?
