It is in good condition. It was used very little. It is a Empire heater. I bought it through Southeast Gas District in Opp, Al. I gave about $350.00 for it new in 2005. I don't need it anymore. It is a 5 burner heater. It mounts to the wall also. I think it can be converted over to propane if u use that gas too. I just want to sell it to get it out of the storage room at my house.
