My story
What pretty markings Nala has! Her brindle coat and nearly perfectly symmetrical white blaze are only outdone by her sweet demeanor. Nala's family adopted her as a puppy from a small town rescue in New Mexico but they neglected to get permission from their landlord. So you know how this story ends. Thankfully, a caring neighbor went and got Nala from the shelter where animal control took her but she is not able to keep her long term. We need a foster or adopter for Nala. She is approximately 6 months old and around 40 lbs. In her previous home she lived with other dogs and is doing well with the neighbor's dogs too. She is working on her house and leash training and is eager to please! Best guess on Nala's breed is Australian Cattle Dog (her mom was mostly Cattle Dog) and perhaps Staffordshire Terrier. Dad is long gone so we aren't sure of Nala's paternal lineage.
