[N MINT] Canon EOS Elan 7 35mm Film Camera, CLA'd!, w/2 Lenses + Many Accessories! Condition is USED but pristine. Has been fully tested and performs flawlessly. Beautiful!The Canon EOS Elan 7 Series was Canon's last hurrah in the advanced amateur film world. Introduced in 2000, it was an immediate hit, even as a pro back-up camera. It uses the EF mount, so for Canon digital owners with a few good lenses, it is an ideal choice for breaking into film photography while still getting lots of technological help like sharp, fast autofocus, automatic film advance and ISO setting (via DX coding), ISO range of 6-6400, shutter speeds 1/4000 to 30 sec. + B, exposure compensation and auto-exposure bracketing, TTL flash control, several shooting modes... They didn't leave much out!This particular specimen is VERY nice. Other than a couple of barely visible rub marks, the body is pristine as you can see in the photos. As far as I can tell all the functions work exactly as they should. I had it professionally CLA'd (cleaned, lubricated and adjusted) to reset the meter because I thought the exposure was off, and to correct a common problem with the film door latch. (Canon provided a kit for techs to replace the latch). What's unique about this offering is the breadth of the full kit: body & strap in original box with manual; Canon 24-55mm f.4-5.6 AF lens as the kit lens, and a Sigma 50mm f/2.8 AF Macro. Respectively, see photos 18, 19, 20 and 21/22. These were shot today on a digital camera using these two lenses. Both of these lenses are optically, mechanically and cosmetically beautiful; both have front and rear caps and protective UV filters. The highly sought after Canon BP-300 battery pack is included with its instructions in its original box. There is a small built-in flash, but I've added a Canon 420-EX speedlite; it is one of the 3 speedlites recommended for this camera and includes a manual and original case, as well as a JJC diffuser. Finally, there are both wireless and wired remotes, respectively the RC-1 and RS-60E3. They work perfectly in firing the camera.I value my eBay reputation (100% positive).
