My story
This guy was living in a kennel so he was removed from the owner to live a better life. He is living with 2 other doodles right now in the foster home and, for the first time in his life, he is able to ""dog"" it up.Is he ever loving it!He is a counter surfer and dinner thief if you aren't vigilant cause he was never taught manners until now. He IS a fast learner, too, cause he is picking up the nicer house manners from training and watching the other dogs. He is housetrained, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative (and on prevention),up dated on all vaccines. He is good with older kids who have been taught to respect a dog and the dog's space. Vet reference and large doodle experience is required.Grooming these dogs every 6 weeks is a must.No dogs under 50 lb in the house, no small children because he will run over both smaller children and smaller dogs.He does fine in a crate while you're gone, but, since he basically lived in one, we prefer him not to stay in one for too many hours at a time. He will do best with someone younger who can keep up with him and won't bowl them over.Needs a secure fenced area to play in (with a locked gate) and he must have another doodle to play with.****ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE HUNTSVILLE/MADISON, ALABAMA AREA****
