Up for sale is a very nice Lane Cedar Chest that has been in our family since new (1942). Must downsize now, so have to part with this piece. Chest is in fine working condition, has the original finish and has not been restored in any way. Shows normal wear for being 70 years old (does have small piece of broken trim on bottom right of lid).

　　The exact age of any older Lane chest can be determined by reading the serial number backwards, hence January 9, 1942 (see pic).

　　Measures 47" wide, 19" deep, and 23" tall.
