Starting at $925/month, our shared capsule bed rooms are the best option for those who want more room and fewer people. The capsule bed features pull down privacy screen as well as a built in reading light, charging station, and fan. This room accommodates two individual tenants. The room comes with a sink/mini-fridge, chair/desk workspace with charging station, locker, lamp, closet space, bedside reading lamp and charging station, and free wifi. All utilities included. Our incredible housekeeping staff maintains the building and its facilities on a daily basis. Bathrooms and showers, all single-person use, are on each floor and shared among the residents. We currently have lower and upper bunks available in two person shared rooms, monthly rental rates found below: 2-5 month lease: - $895 (Upper Bunk) - $915 (Lower Bunk) 6 Month lease: - $815 (Upper Bunk) - $845 (Lower Bunk) We also provide free coffee/tea daily, discounted rehearsal studio time, as well as vouchers for discounted breakfast a nearby cafe.
