Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis, references from previous landlord required for both dogs and humans, first, last and deposit, plus pet deposit (if necessary) and utilities are not included, please tell me something about yourselves, thanks! Ps - this is the only rental property I own in Austin, so you can actually still rent from a real human being, not some giant faceless management company… There were serious HVAC issues on the property at the beginning of this past summer I had the issue diagnosed, pronounced terminal and a new HVAC unit installed in less than 48 hours.
