My story

　　Mufasa is a 4 year old darkish orange, sweet tabby boy. He's very outgoing and inquisitive, but very polite about it. He's always looking for someone to hang out with - he's energetic and loves to interact. Mufasa is a smart boy too! He knows his name and responds with his ruuurrrhs and mrrrsss and making eye contact when he's with his person. His favorite toy is a fuzzy slinky critter on a string that he will play with all day long if you're willing to pull it around the house. Mufasa loves to be brushed (I use one of those gloves with the rubber knobbies) and getting scratched behind the ears. He's not a real big fan of belly rubs, but he will show his belly, especially when he's on his back batting at the fuzzy wiggly critter on the string.Mufasa has proper litter box skills and loves to sleep in his kitty bed or up in the cubby of his kitty tree. When he's ready to take a nap in his kitty bed, he purrs really loud and makes biscuits before he finds just the right place to curl up. It took only an hour or two before Mufasa was comfortable with me after he came into my house. He is initially a little shy but adapts very quickly and doesn't hesitate to check out new friends!

　　He interacts well with dogs and cats who are interested in interacting with him. He will politely approach a new buddy to check him or her out. He is patient with giving other fuzz buddies a chance to get to know him. I think Mufasa would be happiest with other dogs or cats in the house who also like to play and interact. More mellow or older cats might get intimidated by him.
