My story

　　Mr. Charlie is a loyal and sweet soul who still has a lot of love to give in his golden year’s. He’s a calm and affectionate fella who loves hanging out by the fire or just next to you on your chair. Despite his vision being limited he is still full of adventure and loves his walkabouts in the backyard. He gets around very well despite his poor eyesight and is a master of finding you to snuggle and cuddle up with. Mr. Charlie can go outside without assistance and knows to come right back to the door when he’s done. He can go up and down stairs and can get up into a bed with a pet staircase but usually needs a little assistance getting down off the bed. Mr. Charlie is a controlled Type 2 diabetic dog and will require 2 insulin injections per day. He has a very healthy appetite and does very well with his shots. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats.
