Mowgli's story

　　Mowgli is a 6 months old terrier/Schnauzer mix, weighing about 8/9lbs. Mowgli was dumped at a shelter in Texas. Poor Mowgli was so scared and didn't understand what he had done wrong to end up in such a terrifying situation. Luckily one of our rescue partners was able to get him out of a shelter and into a safe, loving foster home until he could make his trip to CO. Mowgli is now is Colorado and is ready to find his forever home.

　　Mowgli sleeps well in a Kennel at night, although I am sure he would much prefer to snuggle, but he is happy either way. He also seems to be house trained with frequent potty breaks and a good schedule, since he is still a puppy. He is good with dogs, big and small. Mowgli is very friendly with new people and loves to meet everybody. He is a lap dog and if he's not playing with his foster brother he will come and jump right in your lap for some good snuggle time. Mowgli is a total goofball and has a good amount of energy. He would do great with kids or another dog to play with. Or just someone who wants to take their dogs on lots of walks/adventures and play time. Mowgli is just such a great pup, and despite his negative experiences in the beginning of his life, he is so willing and open to love and wants nothing more than a forever family to call his own!

　　Mowgli doesn't shed a ton, but he absolutely not a non-shedding dog. So if you are someone with allergies he may not be the best match for you.
