If I certify as an antique, so does this projector. I used it in the 1940s to captivate my buddies.
It is an Excel Prep Model P - 39, and includes a take-up reel and a couple of films.
Hopalong Cassidy was my preferred cowboy star, so one of his is consisted of.
Abbott and Costello were my preferred, roll-on-the-floor-laughing comics, so Oysters and Muscles is also right here.
The other 2 are cartoons, excellent on Saturday mornings prior to we had TV.
We did not plug the projector in and try it, mostly since for many years of being stored the cord has frayed terribly.
I would replace the cord if I wanted to attempt it, but I think it would look great remaining on a rack: keep in mind the graphics on the film boxes!
We are located just off Corridor G near the Ashton Place Kroger.
