This is a used Motorola Minitor 3. Bought this at a flea market and can't tell you much about it. Battery compartment is clean, put in a set of batteries and played around. Did get squelch by pushing the monitor button. Buttons seem to work. NO charger is included. Frequencies written on the back are: F1: 151.295 and F2: 154.220 Clip also had this information on it: NRD3746D2 Clip has some paint (?) or something.
