My story
He's just a boy, sitting on a sofa, hoping that there is a family out there who will love him.
It's almost like a miracle. After being out on his own and homeless, after all the struggles for such a long time, all the injuries and hunger and fears, Moses is ready for his own home and family. You can see it in his face. He is so happy. You can see it in the way he perched on the sofa at the home of his rescuer. So perfectly fitting that he was there, in a home with a soft place to sit. Safe at last.
Moses won our hearts when we were contacted about him, about his situation as a stray out in the cold, injured and in need of help. And we are so happy that the rescuer was able to not only get him inside but to care for him until a foster home could be found. It made all the difference in saving his life. And with the support he was given by all those who sent donations and good wishes, he has gotten the medical care he needed and he is feeling so much better. He purrs like a champ when he is pet, rolls over for tummy rubs, and he makes the other scared kitty in the house feel so much more confident. He's a wonderful boy in every way and we will be looking for a wonderful family for him.
If you have a place in your home and heart for Moses, please contact us. He will need a family who has lots of love to give, time for cuddles, a cat friend, and a SAFE outside area where Moses can go to enjoy all the good things about the natural world without worrying that there is no place to go inside.
He's in Anchorage. Call or text
