My story

　　Morgan, I came to Wags from Stockton. I couldn't see because I had a double entropion and an ulcer on my eye. Lucky for me a foster agreed to take me from the shelter where I was Euth listed. I hit the ground running, even though I couldn't see very well.  My amazing Doctor at Chico Pet Vet, fixed my eyes. She not only gave me an eyelid lift, she gave me the chance to save both of my eyes. Now, I am ready for adoption. My foster mom says I am a 'lovebug.' I am young and full of fun. I want to go on adventures and see the world! Now that I have my eyes wide open, I want to find my forever family. I am ready to LIVE. I love toys, snacks, and running in the yard. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home.  Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.  If you have already filled out an online adoption application with our organization in the last 6 months you do not need to fill out another application.
