The Morgan OI is a sturdy and stable boat with a full keel and a blue water hull. She is fun and easy to sail and will make it to the other side of the ocean safely and comfortably. The walk through passage way is a great way to ensure convenience of a live aboard life style. Currently she is anchored very close (60 yards) to a boat landing in South Carolina. She can remain there for a while at no cost to the new owner.Originally this boat was my parent's effort to fulfill my dream of a cruising lifestyle, unfortunately life got in the way and a family tragedy is forcing me to end this. She is an incredibly comfortable roomy boat with a 13 foot beam, 2 private cabins and two heads each sleeping 2. 3 more people can sleep in the salon area. The Morgan OI is renowned for a very strong boat. Current selling prices vary from $45k to $74k that would include a used engine. I'm thinking for the same price you could have a Morgan OI with a new engine. Someone was generous to me when I aquured this boat, and I would like to pay it forward.Since it is currently safely at anchor, the new owner could keep her there and do some work until a better location presents itself. A bottom cleaning is needed. She will serve you well for many years if you take her on as a project
