MONROE's story

　　A very good morning to you. I am here because my owner could not keep me. There were lots of other kitties in the house, so I should adapt quickly to yours!

　　I am shy, but I like treats. So, if you want to get to know me, it helps a lot if you bring treats. That will help us get to know each other faster. I like it so much when you talk to me. So a good conversation will be an ice breaker for us too.

　　After we spend some time together, it will be very nice if you pet me. That will take some time, so please be patient.

　　What I really like when we meet is to sit in my box and follow your voice and your hand. I will move my head to follow your hand. I won`t bat at it or touch you, but you will know that I am paying attention.

　　I want to be friends but want to be cautious and get to know you slowly. Most of all, I want to be part of your family. Then I know you will take such very good care of me and we will love each other a lot.
