My story

　　Mono is approximately a 1-year-old male. His breed is a mystery, but he does resemble the size and shape of a basset hound minus the floppy ears. Mono came to us from a very sheltered home environment with 3 siblings where they did not get much socialization with new animals or people. He tends to shy away and bark at strangers but once he is comfortable, he is a very sweet and relaxed boy. He will take time to adjust to any new setting. Although Mono has tested well with dogs, we do think he would be best suited for a home where he would be the only pet and no young children, so his new owner can invest in his training and adjustment period.
