My story

　　Monkey, our 4 month old Hydrocephalus Yorkie pup is available now.

　　He will require a very special home as he is pretty severe.

　　Vets have said that only about 50% of his skull was fully closed. Not sure if that has shrunk any since last visit.

　　He is very vision impaired, very neuro, prob not able to be potty trained because of this.

　　Hes on 3 meds, that he will probably be on the rest of his life.

　　He needs a quiet home, without a lot of commotion.

　　No children

　　No big dogs

　　Maybe small older dog or very small submissive dog ok

　　No pools or stairs (he wouldn't survive either)

　　Going to be very difficult to groom so grooming exp def a plus

　　Breed experienced home

　　Knowledge of hydrocephalus dogs def a plus.

　　3 puppy shots, wormed, rabies, neutered, and microchipped.

　　Shots up to date (DHPP), wormed, micro chipped, altered (spayed/neutered). We also now give one free vet visit with our local vet within first 3 days of adoption!!

　　 Adoption cost for this dog is $350

　　We are a rescue, and although we have a facility in Modesto most of our dogs/pups are currently being fostered  in or around our area. So please be willing to make the trip to see them if you are from out of the area. Our adoption process REQUIRES that an application must first be submitted and approved prior to meeting any of our pets. Just note that we may get several responses on one pet at a time so just because you have an approved application does not mean said pet is on hold for you. One must FIRST confirm an appointment to meet the pet after an approved application has been sent. To inquire about this specific pet, please write to [email protected] for an application. Please remember to put the pets name in the subject line when emailing, and on the top on the application. It helps us to help you that must faster. We are a group of volunteers, and ask that you please bare with us. We will get to each person just as quickly as we can.
