　　EXTERIOR: 38 ft., exterior shines nice, colors are good, please see pictures. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door, electric entry step, access handle. Large porch awning, door awning, two smaller window awning. Tinted windows, plenty of exterior storage, roof access ladder in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, rear mud flap/skirt, rear view camera, flood/spot light, easy generator access and much more please see pictures.

　　COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, dash heat/air, in-dash rear view monitor, Sony am/fm/cassette stereo with 10 Disc Changer. Center console area with two pull out drawers with CB, Vinyl padded dash, two mounted dash fans, large two piece windshield, two sun visors. Television directly above driver seat and two wood storage cabinets that contain VHS Player and DVD Player. Driver side panel has, large sliding window with screen, beverage holder and switches/controls. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door with sliding lock/lever cover, electric entry step and switches. Hand rail and above two wood storage cabinets- located in stairwell area. Passenger side panel has upper single-door cabinet, cup holder and fire extinguisher.

　　There is a wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather captains seats both with seat belts, arm rests, rear map pockets; driver seat with power controls. Leather appears to be in good condition, showing only minor blemishes, Dash Gauges: digital odometer, digital trip odometer, speedometer, tachometer, oil, temp., fuel, volts, trans temp., air psi, turbo boost. Dash Switches/Controls: headlights, spot light, mirror heat, air dump, generator, aux. start, ICC flash, driving lights, etc.

　　SLIDE-OUT: This coach is equipped with one large slide-out which expands the living and kitchen area. Contains sofa sleeper, kitchen counter, sink, range, microwave, windows, cabinets, lighting units, etc. Slide-out is trimmed-out in coordinating fabric and molding. Read below for more detailed description(s).

　　LIVING AREA: The Living Area has a leather sofa in great shape that can be converted into bed. Nice Lights on each side, Window above with decorative Valance and Blinds. Directly above dome light, two smaller lights, outlets and three wood storage cabinets. Across from this sofa is an upholstered jack knife sofa that pulls out into bed. Window overhead with decorative valance and blinds. Directly above dome light and three cabinets. Nice Lights on each side, looks very nice. This sofa is part of the slide out making it a very good sized living area. Carpet is a good condition. On the Ceiling two dome lights, vents, speakers and smoke detector.

　　DINING/KITCHEN AREA: The corian table top matches the kitchen corian counter tops and looks very nice and in great condition. The table has two wood chairs with bottom cushion & back cushions. Window behind table with decorative valance with blinds. Two outlets located overhead with dome light and four storage cabinets. Back wall has a mirror, Duo Therm Thermostat, Kool Matic Thermostat and clock. Above the Table nice three bulb light fixture. Across from table is the Kitchen. Kitchen features wood cabinets and beautiful corian counter tops. The kitchen sink is a white double sink with two Cabinets below and two cabinets above with light. Above the kitchen has a window with blinds. Lots of storage and counter top space. Two Burner Gas Stove with an Sharp Convention Microwave above it. Two cabinets to the right of counter top, one cabinet below, five drawers below stove and one cutting board/knife holder drawer directly under stove. Additional storage on the left of kitchen with two wood cabinets. Really nice kitchen that also includes four door wood paneled Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer.

　　BATHROOM: A wood sliding privacy door leads to bathroom. Corian counter tops white single sink with two cabinets below. Mirrored medicine cabinet above, towel holder, soap holder and tooth brush holder. Shower with skylight. Toilet with Magazine holder on the side of it. Three towel racks and two storage cabinets above the toilet. Large double door storage cabinet and below another double door cabinet with Washer/Dryer Combo. Tile in bathroom is nice. Vent above toilet, ceiling has two dome lights and vent above the sink. Another wood sliding privacy door leads to bedroom area.

　　REAR BEDROOM: The Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed. Windows on both sides of bed with decorative valance, blinds and both window also have outlets above each window. Right window is an emergency exit and it is labeled. Three cabinets above each window, making lots of additional storage. Nightstands on each side both with two drawers below and mirrored cabinet above. Four cabinets above headboard and two lights. Mirror behind headboard. Large wood sliding door cabinet that has two cabinets above it. TV with two cabinets next to it and large closet below. Speakers, two dome lights and vents on ceilings.

　　SUMMARY: This really is a nice coach for a 1998 model year. Appears to have been wall cared for and is clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean and has NO unpleasant odors and the carpet in cockpit, living area and bedroom showing only medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen is in great shape, Tile flooring in bathroom appears to be in great condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes, small holes from previous wall hangings. Corian-style counter tops in kitchen and bath appear to be in good condition. Cabinets throughout all look very good. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield has minor nicks in it. All other windows are good.
