My story

　　My story is very sad.  My owner recently passed away and his best friend took all 5 of us in so we wouldn’t get euthanized at the shelter.  They are all full and euthanasia rates are high, again.  However, temp dad already has a full house and we are adding to the load.  I need to find a permanent home or foster as soon as possible.  I get along great with my dog pack, but can be iffy with new dogs.  Bosco and I get along great, if you have room for 2.  I’d do best with children over 5.  I do love to swim, I’d even be happy in a kiddie pool.  Adopt me please and let’s go swim together.

　　All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. 

　　Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt. 

　　If you have already filled out an online adoption application with our organization in the last 6 months you do not need to fill out another application. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment.
