*MOLLY's story
Molly came to the shelter as a stray so not much is known about her. Molly appears to be a young cat and still has some kittenish tendencies such as being very adventurous, active, and easily distractable. Laser toys and wand toys should be a hit with her, and will allow her to burn off energy and be active in appropriate ways. Providing Molly with a cat tree and scratchers will also keep her busy and away from furniture. Molly is a shoulders girl and with her wonderful extra toes she will enjoy riding around the house with you! We do not know whether Molly has ever lived with other cats, dogs, or kids, so caution should be used when introducing her to any of the above. Baby gates are a great way to keep pets separate but also allow them to see, hear and smell each other and slowly become accustomed to another animal''s presence. Cats may take some time to adjust to a new feline (or canine!) roommate, and owners should be prepared to provide multiple cat boxes and individual hidey holes/lounging areas so kitties can warm up to each other on their own timeline with minimal stress. Molly is a sweet and unique girl who can''t wait to find her forever home!
