My story

　　Your Pint-Sized Pal!

　　Hi, there! My name is Mitchell, but my friends call me Mitch. I’m a well-behaved, cuddly cutie who’s ready to be your #1 guy! I’m a 2-year-old, 21-pound Terrier mix. I’m already neutered and as healthy as can be. I was recently rescued in Tijuana and have been living my best life with my foster. The only thing that could make me happier is a furever home with you!

　　I’m a super sweet boy who loves every human, big and small. I’m a sucker for pets and will give you my paw to let you know that I want more! I wear my heart on my sleeve, ahem, I mean my face… so you’ll always know how I’m feeling. I carry my “baby” (aka squeaky toy) with me everywhere and love joining you for a day at the park or a chill day at home! I’m a very mellow man who likes to go with the flow.

　　Even though I adore all people, I’m not comfortable with younger, high energy dogs. I do very well with older, clam, and chill dog friends. I love to hang with them and walk side by side. I’m still excited about playing tug-o-war or chase with you! Once the fun is done, I’m an all-star snoozer and snuggler. I have a high prey drive and cannot live in a home with cats.

　　I’m a proper pooch who is trained in all areas. I am fine being home alone and will treat myself to a siesta on the couch. I’m house and bathroom trained, which makes life easy peasy! I do well on the leash, although I need to have slow introductions to other dogs. I love food (who doesn’t, am I right?) so I’d love to continue my training once I find my people… pawsibly you?

　　I’d fit in well with many furever homes as long as there are no other pets. I’m perfectly content in an apartment and love being your work-from-home buddy. As long as I get a bit of exercise/play and lots of love, I’m the happiest! My foster fam says that I’m the sweetest boy they’ve ever met.
