Even with her advanced senior age, Missy is an active dog and has adjusted well to the recent changes in her life. She had a dental in which all teeth had to be removed. Her tongue now hangs out of her mouth. She is a joy to care for and is pleasant in every way. She is crate trained but really loves to cuddle up on a soft pillow or doggie bed on the floor. She might even jump up to sleep on your easy chair if you would allow that. Sweet, gentle, and loving senior. Experiencing some weakness overall. Her bark is now very soft. She is comfortable and content. SHE WILL REMAIN WITH HER LOVING FOSTER FAMILY AND IS PART OF THE COMPASSIONATE CARE PROGRAM. Our dogs are temporarily housed in pre-screened, loving foster homes while waiting their new forever home. They are also micro-chipped, groomed (if needed), and given a thorough professional veterinary exam to identify any health issues or potential issues.
