MILO's story
Milo is a friendly boy who came to the shelter as a stray with his buddy Ace. He seems to get along with most dogs but mutals are strongly recommended if your considering adding him to your group. Milo loves to give kisses and will need a moderate amount of exercise to keep him mentally stimulated so he can live a long healthy life. It is also unknown how he does with kids so if your family has some make sure to bring the whole family to the visit.
UPDATE: After only 5 days in his adoptive home, Milo was returned to the shelter because he looked too much like a pitbull for on-base housing and his owners were unable to keep him. Milo's most recent family stated that he behaved wonderfully in the home, loves everyone he meets, and had a wonderful time playing with their dog. Milo can be overbearing with some dogs, so a mutual visit with any potential canine housemates is recommended. Please do not adopt Milo if you are not allowed to have bully-breed type dogs where you live; please DO adopt Milo if you can give him an active, loving home without breed restrictions!
