　　The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less than ideal conditions so will need to be house and leash trained. Most have never lived in house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion

　　Hi! My name is Milly and I am a little Maltese girl who will be 6 years old on 9/30 and I weigh 7.9 pounds. I have tiny little legs and a compact body and my foster mama is working on my tear stains which should fade soon. I am the sweetest most loving little Maltese and I will make a great companion dog for someone. I am never very far away from my humans but also love to play with other dogs. I have lived in confinement all my life, so I need a quiet home with no children where I will be the center of my new parent's world. A full-time parent and a socialized sibling to learn from would be ideal. If you have been waiting for a beautiful girl to teach all about love, please ask for me on your application.
