My story

　　These three dogs are Mike, Andy, and Cinders. They were surrendered to the shelter due to dwindling fish run on the Yukon River making it difficult for their owner to get enough salmon for the winter. These three are working dogs and were said to be experienced sled dogs. They have lived their entire life outdoors on dog houses. They were said to mind well and to be well versed in sled dog lingo. They were all stated to well with strangers and adults but have no history with children. They were said to well with dogs once they knew them, but their prior owner stated that they would not trust them with cats or pockets. If you are looking for an outdoor working dog please consider one Mike, Andy, or Cinders!Mike was described as Boss dog! He comes from a sprint dog background and has a thinner coat. His prior owner did state that they would run him with a coat if it was below 0 degrees F. Mike comes directly from the Erhart breed.
