No broken keys, knobs, etc. Taken a trip with it for about a year but it's still in good condition.
It's not in the photo, however I do have the original vocoder mic too.
The power adapter isn't really original, but it's the very same power and all. You can also run it off 6 AA batteries. If you wanna test it out prior to you purchase just bring some batteries and earphones.
