My story

　　Adopted: Do Not Apply for this pet with ADOPTED in the name bar. They have been adopted and will be going to their forever home soon. Adoption Fee: $350.00 This beautiful little angel is Mia. She came from a breeder in MS that dumped Mia because she couldn't breed (lucky for Mia). SCMR was ask to step in and find her a wonderful home. She is 2-3 years old, is a bit thin and needs to gain a little weight to her ideal weight of 7 pounds. Mia is very sweet, but with what she's gone through, she's skiddish and is a flight risk, so anyone adopting will be required to have a fence. She is currently being fostered in Gadsden, AL. Because Mia is so young, you must be 67 or younger to apply for her. For potential applicants that are 68+, please read SCMR's policy for our Senior for Senior adoption program, that link is http://scmradoption.com/seniors.htm Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.
