Mia's story

　　Mia is a laid back 7 year old Cocker Spaniel mix looking for her forever home. She weighs 33 pounds and is full grown. Mia will need time and patience warm up to new people. She does not trust easily but can be bribed with food! Mia has done well with men and women that allow her to get used to them at her own pace. She needs a home with no one under the age of 18. Mia has done well with her companion Chiquis, if there are any other dogs in the home it would be best for them to meet before adoption. She has been around dogs of all sizes but does best with calm dogs that give her space. Mia is house broken, and is learning how to use a doggy door. She is also learning how to walk a leash but will need some more training at home. Mia would do best in a home with a securely fenced backyard so she can soak up the sun whenever she wants. She may need multiple meet and greets before going home, but she is so worth it! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $220 and comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tues-Sunday 11am to 6pm. On weekends, give us a call for the dogs location as we have off site adoption events that some of our dogs attend, .
