Mercy's story
Mercy is a 2(ish) year old terrier/schnauzer mix. She weighs about 10-12lbs, and has wirey fur. she does seem to shed a little, but not too much at all!
Mercy was found wandering the streets looking for food so she could feed her 4 new born babies. When we were able to finally get her into a safe place, there were unfortunately only 3 babies left. Mercy did her absolute best though and was such a good Momma to her babies.
Fast forward 2 months and Mercy and her 3 babies are finally ready for adoption. Mercy is ready to retire from Momma duty and doesn't like to spend time with the pups anymore, if possible. She is tired and ready for her forever home. She deserves it more than anything else.
Mercy is such a sweet dog. She gets attached very easily and becomes a velcro doggy. She is pretty weary of men, not aggressive, but she will bark and they make her very nervous. She does well with male kiddos, just not men. Since Mercy has been through so much already, we feel it is only fair to her if she goes to a forever home where there are limited interactions with men, so she can truly feel at home. She is incredibly snuggly, loving, and beyond adorable. She is potty trained and a very good girl. She likes to chew on bones and snuggle up to her foster Momma during down time.
