My story

　　Merck! This guy is such a fun dude! Merck came to us after being picked up as a stray in Stockton, this poor guy was roaming the streets cold and hungry but was happy to go for a car ride. When he was transferred to us, we couldn't believe such a wonderful dog would end up unwanted. He is great with other dogs, loves loves loves people! He enjoys walks and exploring the yard but is happy to cuddle on the couch and stay inside on a rainy day.  He loves to play with other dogs and is super treat-motivated! I think he had a home at some point because as soon as he sees a treat in your hand, he will sit, shake, lay down, and speak. He throws all the tricks he knows at you and hopes for a treat in return. He would do great in an active home that can keep up with his personality.
