New without tags from JCPenney. I bought them for my husband who has passed away. He loved them and had several pair and wore them every day to work.  These are Black and very difficult to find in the big and tall sizes.   They can be worn every day or for dress.  They are great for traveling as they don't wrinkle and can be machine washed.  They originally sell for $75.00. I am offering them at half price.
