Memphis is an adorable little Ringneck dove who was found wounded on the street by a Good Samaritan and taken to the local shelter (which doesn't serve birds). She was most likely the lucky survivor of a very misguided "dove release" (NEVER RELEASE WHITE BIRDS!) and would have been quickly killed if not taken to the shelter. There, she had to be rescued or she would have been euthanized and so was lucky again when Palomacy took her in. She soon married another little dove hen named Rory who is special needs (uncorrected splay leg). They are a super sweet pair of bonded hens and very dedicated to one another. They are living in a gentle flock and doing well and would also do great as indoor family pets. Please apply to adopt /birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/
