Max is a long-haired black and white very loving cat. We adopted him last year from Dumb Friends League. He loves to play and be brushed. As soon as he sees his brush, he comes running. He is four years old and weighs 17 lbs. We have been trying for the last year but out former cat of 9 years just can't get along with him. She is smaller and when he wants to run and play, she freaks out and hisses so we have to keep them separated. She definitely is not very adoptable but Max is such a gentle cat with me and my husband. He has never scratched, hissed or tried to bite, ever. He has such a unique personality and would make a great pet where he gets all the attention. Not sure how he would do with dogs, but probably by himself is best. He got along fine with our grandson (11 years). He is shy around strangers but warms up slowly and is a very affectionate cat. We don't want to take him back to a shelter, we just want to know he has a good home. He comes with food, toys, brush, nail trimmer, and vet records.
