Max's story

　　Meet Max! Max is around 3-years-old and was saved at the last second from a high-risk shelter in NC. He's a playful, spunky guy who enjoys showing off his goofy side (he will even keep himself entertained outside!). He rides well in the car, will work for treats, gets along great with other dogs, and LOVES to play. He is looking for just the right person to be his one and only in-home friend. We could easily see his ideal home being one where he and his soulmate may be alone together at home, but frequent adventurers (like on hikes or even to the bark-park)! While he seems to have underlying insecurities, we're hoping with an environment he can feel confident in, he can find peace and happiness with his perfect person.
