Mater's story

　　Say hi to our wonder boy, Mater.

　　Mater is an adorable 2 year old, male, Maltipoo who came to us as a street rescue from TJ. For reasons unknown, he has developed cataract and has limited vision in his eyes, thus rendering him to abusive situations. He takes a day or two to be sure that he is only going to be loved by people and then turns into a total sweetie! He has bonded beautifully with Lolli, a pug and loves human touch to lovingly guide him. He has been fixed, leash trained, and learning bathroom habits. He will need help because of vision issues.

　　Mater gets along great with other dogs who play gently with him. He hasnt met kitties yet. Mater will prefer older kids who know how to be gentle and build trust with dogs. He is a complete sweetie and loves cuddles! Even post abandonment, his spirit is intact and he and Lolli get through life beautifully!
