Massimo's story

　　Meet Massimo "the magnificent"! Massimo is an irresistible boy looking for his forever home! A kind person found him injured on the side of the road. Massimo came in with severe swelling on his nose and face. His nose was broken but it was the swelling that was extremely worrisome (any kind of head trauma can be a life-threatening situation). The veterinarian thinks that most likely he was injured from being hit or kicked in the face... which is sickening and heartbreaking. But even after all he has been through... this amazing cat was still all trust and love towards people. Massimo stole all the hearts of the staff here! He is THE SWEETEST! A staff member fostered him for a while while he was healing and being treated. In the home he spent a few nights spending most of his time sleeping but then started to feel better and wanted to play and snuggle. He has excellent house manners (always used the litter box and was not destructive in any way). Massimo's favorite activities include lounging in the sun, watching cat tv, snuggling with people, and curling up with his favorite heart pillow that says "FREE KISSES". He LOVES people but doesn't seem to be too fond of other cats and may prefer to be the only feline family member. Massimo is not expected to have any further complications from his injury but he will always have a facial deformity around the nose/eyes area. We want to make sure that for the rest of his life he is pampered and treated like a king. He would do best in a quiet home with a cat savvy person who knows how to show him he is safe and loved always. Massimo is AWESOME and deserves an equally wonderful forever family... it could be you!
