My story
Woof! Hey there, I'm the one and only Mason, and let me tell you, my journey from the Lone Star State to the land of cheese in Wisconsin has been a wild ride!
First things first, snow – it's like the world's best playground! Winters up here are like my personal Disneyland, and I'm the king of snowball fights. But don't be fooled; I'm not just a winter wonder dog. Summers in Wisconsin? Oh, they're perfect for my other hobbies: hiking, neighborhood strolls, and playing with tug toys. I've got a toy collection that would put Barbie to shame!
Now, I'm not all action and no snuggles. Couch cuddles? I'm all in! And I've got a bit of a green thumb, or should I say, a brown paw? Digging in the dirt is my jam, and I've been known to try my hand (or paw) at frog catching in ponds. Swimming? Well, that's another story. I'll stick to dipping my head in water for now.
My foster mom calls me her shadow because I'm pretty much her canine Velcro. Other dogs? They're my partners in crime! I love playdates and doggy shenanigans. But humans, well, they can be a bit tricky. I'm like a detective, carefully inspecting new folks before I decide they're alright. Once you're in my good graces, though, prepare for some serious cuteness overload with my big Disney eyes.
Oh, I've got skills too! Basic commands? Nailed it. Potty trained? Check. Crate trained? Yup. Leash walking? Like a pro. Off-leash? Well, I like to chase things, so safety first!
In my dream home, I'd love to have a doggy buddy, if not then lots of doggy friends. A calm atmosphere suits me best – no kids, please; they make me a tad nervous. An active lifestyle and daily walks are a must because this pup LOVES to be outside.
But above all, I just want a forever person to be by my side through thick and thin. So, if you think you're the one, let's chat! I can't wait to find my forever home and share all my goofy antics and unconditional love with you. Woof, woof!
