I bought a new guitar last summer, and need to thin my collection. Up for sale is a Martin Sigma Acoustic-Electric DR-1STCE Dreadnought Guitar with cutaway, originally purchased around 1998 (I don't remember exactly). The guitar is in great condition, except for a thin crack in the veneer along the bottom (see picture below) that does not affect sound at all. Still plays and sounds great. Price includes hard case (pictured), plus tuner and humidifier.
