My story

　　Foster Homes Needed!

　　Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog?

　　  Mariah is a sweet, friendly girl looking for her new BFF to share life with.  She wants to sit on the couch with you, put her head in your lap, get head scratches, watch TV and eat snacks.  Then she would love a long walk to work off some of those snacks.  Mariah is affectionate, energetic without being hyper, and she is house-trained!   She seems to want her very own person and space, and should therefore probably be an only dog.  She will be a wonderful companion in the right household. 

　　**BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA**

　　We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at /application.html OR write to [email protected].

　　We are always desperate for foster homes, now more than ever. If you are interested in fostering, please complete an application... unless you are a previous adopter/foster, then you can just contact us via phone () or email ([email protected]) to tell us which dog you want to foster!
