This is a stunning 1950s vintage Marhill case with Mother of Pearl squares and a delightful poodle figure performed in enamel and blue glitter. The pictures don't do this justice. It includes the initial protective covering. This case was meant to be used to hold cigarettes (although there is no proof it was ever made use of in that fashion) but I have actually seen these more just recently made use of as a stylish way to hold credit cards or other little items.
Approximate measurements are 3 x 4 inches, the brushed gold-tone back has some light scratches. The interior is clean without any signs of wear. All the Mother of Pearl tiles are in very great condition. You will not be dissatisfied. It is just a lovely, pleasant case!
Asking $65. A very comparable case (without the safety cover) simply sold on Etsy for $99. Happy react through CL e-mail and put the word vintage in the subject line to prevent spam.
If the publishing is up, the case is still available. I don't respond to emails asking if the product is still readily available. Thank you!
